Analytical Testing

The field of functional foods has gradually become more stringently regulated—from the field to the corner market. An unfortunate side effect of new regulations and modernizations is confusion across the board from supplier to manufacturers to retailers about how and when and what to test (and what for!).

We prefer a greatly simplified approach: Most tests in the realm of nutritional products can be distilled down to one of three types, as follows.

Testing for an active constituent(s).
Testing for a contaminant or "incidental" constituent(s).
Testing for Identity.

We take testing very seriously and maintain the highest level of accreditation in all three types of tests. We strive to set the bar well above the industry standard.
